Young Adults Volunteer at Moveable Feast

Help put healthy food on the table for people in Maryland with AIDS, cancer and other life-threatening illnesses! Join other young adults and volunteer at Moveable Feast, located at 901 North Milton Avenue, and assist with food preparation, packaging and cleanup. Open Mic Nights at the Gordon
Bring your family and friends and come perform for open mic night!  This FREE event, held at the Gordon Center for Performing Arts, 3506 Gwynnbrook Avenue, is an opportunity for performers to showcase their talents to friends, family, or neighbors.  Learn more.

Why Jewish Camp? Dinner and Panel Discussion

Enjoy a free pizza dinner and dessert while learning why Jewish summer camp is a transformative experience. Hear from leading Jewish overnight and day camp directors in our panel discussion. Bring your children, who can participate in organized camp-like activities and experience the camp magic first-hand. Event will be held at Krieger Schechter Day School, 8100 Stevenson Road.  Event is sponsored by KSDS, Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School and The Associated. Ambrose Kennedy Park in the Johnston Square community was once a hub of activity in East Baltimore. Keep in the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and volunteer to clean up, clear out and help bring this park back to life! Don’t forget to register.

Playdate Together
Playdate Together is an intergenerational play date program for families to sing songs, play games and interact with residents of Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center, 2434 West Belvedere Avenue. PJ Pals Intergenerational Storytime: Remembering the Dream: L’dor Va Dor Dor
Join your PJ Pals and give back to the community with your special friend or grandparent.  Enjoy storytime, crafts and snacks.  Meet at the Edward A. Myerberg Senior Center, 3101 Fallstaff Road, and make new friends and participate in a mini-mitzvah fair. This program is for youngsters six months to five years old. Siblings are welcome. National Marionette Theater – Pinocchio
